What it is
[DEMO] Demonstration data — the site, the vendor and the body that proposed this work are invented. The park receives school parties every week into a reception with no working toilets, no shade and no accessible route to the enclosures. This refits the reception and toilet block, and puts three accessible routes, wayfinding and first-aid points across the visitor circuit.

Money is released against a milestone only when a vendor invoice for it has been confirmed at the Nigeria Revenue Service and at least two approvers who did not request the payment have approved it. Every release is one entry in the fund's hash-chained ledger.
