What it is
[DEMO] Demonstration data — the site, the vendor and the body that proposed this work are invented. The canopy walkway decking and handrails have failed inspection and three of the five highland trails are unsigned, so visitors are being turned back at the gate. This replaces the walkway deck and handrails and puts proper waymarking and viewing decks on the trails.

Money is released against a milestone only when a vendor invoice for it has been confirmed at the Nigeria Revenue Service and at least two approvers who did not request the payment have approved it. Every release is one entry in the fund's hash-chained ledger.
