What it is
[DEMO] Demonstration data — the site, the vendor and the body that proposed this work are invented. The lakeside corridor has no camera coverage and no lit approach after dusk, and most reported visitor incidents on it happen between 7pm and 10pm. This installs camera masts and night lighting along the corridor and puts them into a staffed control room shared with the territory police command.

Money is released against a milestone only when a vendor invoice for it has been confirmed at the Nigeria Revenue Service and at least two approvers who did not request the payment have approved it. Every release is one entry in the fund's hash-chained ledger.
