What it is
[DEMO] Demonstration data — the site, the vendor and the body that proposed this work are invented. The walled-city museum, the city walls and the dye pits are guided by people with no first-aid training, no safeguarding training and no agreed narrative of the sites. This trains and certifies two cohorts of guides against the national tourist-guide standard, with first aid and safeguarding in every cohort.

Money is released against a milestone only when a vendor invoice for it has been confirmed at the Nigeria Revenue Service and at least two approvers who did not request the payment have approved it. Every release is one entry in the fund's hash-chained ledger.
