What it is
[DEMO] Demonstration data — the site, the vendor and the body that proposed this work are invented. The relics building has been closed to visitors for two seasons: the roof leaks over the upper gallery and rising damp has reached the display cases. This rehabilitates the roof and the fabric beneath it, treats the damp and re-displays both galleries so the museum can reopen to school and cruise-visitor traffic.

Money is released against a milestone only when a vendor invoice for it has been confirmed at the Nigeria Revenue Service and at least two approvers who did not request the payment have approved it. Every release is one entry in the fund's hash-chained ledger.
