What it is

[DEMO] Demonstration data — the site, the vendor and the body that proposed this work are invented. The waterfront centre sells paper tickets and has no connectivity, so nobody knows how many people visit or what they came for. This brings fibre and public Wi-Fi to the centre, then commissions digital ticketing and turnstiles so admissions are counted rather than estimated.

Milestones

#MilestoneDueValueStatus
1 Fibre and public Wi-Fi live at the visitor centre — ₦110,000.00 Met
2 Digital ticketing and turnstiles commissioned — ₦80,000.00 Met

Money is released against a milestone only when a vendor invoice for it has been confirmed at the Nigeria Revenue Service and at least two approvers who did not request the payment have approved it. Every release is one entry in the fund's hash-chained ledger.
